We are looking for a GTM Engineer / BDR who will not only help shape and build our go-to-market motion, but also actively bring it to life in the market. In this role, you combine technical execution skills, structured outbound, and direct sales work.
You will develop outreach campaigns, build the workflows and tools needed to run them, and actively engage in outbound prospecting yourself — via email, LinkedIn, and phone. At the same time, you will help us continuously improve our GTM processes, demos, automations, and sales structure.
In a small team, this means one thing: you are both a builder and an operator. You build systems, test new approaches, and execute them directly in the market.
Your responsibilities
Identify relevant target customers and build structured outbound lists.
Plan, write, and manage automated outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
After the warm-up phase through email and LinkedIn, actively engage in cold calling and directly approach potential new customers.
Test different messaging approaches, sequences, target groups, and campaign formats.
Qualify leads, handle initial outreach, and hand over relevant opportunities smoothly into the sales process.
Support the setup and operation of a modern lead pipeline using SaaS, AI, and API-based tools.
Build and optimize the systems, automations, and workflows needed in the CRM and outreach infrastructure.
Develop internal tools, reports, and processes to make outbound scalable and measurable.
Support the preparation of demos, proof of concepts, and technical clarifications during the sales process.
Analyze where outreach and funnel performance get stuck and derive concrete improvement actions.
Work closely with Founders, Sales, and Product to continuously improve target groups, messaging, and GTM learnings.
Evaluate and test new AI and workflow tools to make processes more efficient and scalable.
Prepare demo environments in the platform, such as accounts, branding, or PoCs.
What you bring
You are not afraid of cold outreach and enjoy proactively approaching potential customers.
You can write strong outbound messages and understand how to create interest in just a few sentences.
You work in a structured, data-driven way and enjoy experimenting with new approaches.
You have a solid technical understanding and can quickly get familiar with products, workflows, and tools.
You are able to work independently and take ownership in a small team.
You recognize patterns, think in processes, and want not only to sell, but also to improve systems.
Very good German and English language skills.
Ideally, you bring two of the following
A basic IT background (for example, Python skills) and an understanding of SaaS, API, software, or AI products (e.g., HTL or IT-HAK diploma).
First experience as an SDR, BDR, GTM Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role.
First experience with outbound tools, CRM systems, and automations.
First experience with email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
First experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier, n8n, or similar systems.

Future perspective
This role is initially designed as an internship, with a clear opportunity to transition into a part-time or full-time position.
Over time, you can grow into a central role in building a modern, data-driven GTM setup — with an attractive fixed salary and performance-based variable compensation.
Depending on your prior technical experience, the internship salary ranges from €1,274 to €1,631.
